Strawberry Cupcakes

I feel like I wanna make something like christmas cake, so I just try to bake these strawberry cupcakes.

Ingredients:

- 225 gr unsalted butter

-225 gr self raising flour

-200 gr caster sugar

-1 tsp baking powder

-4 eggs ( room temp. )

-1 cup choped strawberries

Icing

- 250ml whipped cream

- 2 tsp sugar

Toping

- You can use strawberries, chocolate, strawberry jam --> up to you

Directions:

1. Preheat oven 170C - 175 C

2. Prepare cases in muffin tins

3. Then, you stir in chopped fresh strawberries

4. Spoon batter into cases. Bake for 20 mins

5. Remove cupcakes and cool on a rack

6. Spread the icing on the top

7. Put in the fridge ( if you wanna make the icing more frozen )

Short Break ( Baba and Nyonya's House )

Well... Spent my week at Penang. Accompanied my grandparents to have their check up.

Some pics that I got from there, I have good experience too, I visited Peranakan Mansion, one of the baba and nyonya's house in Penang. They used to be the richest people in the island. And I was very very excited, cause when I arrived there I just noticed that the house was the shoot place for Little Nyonya Film Series. One of my fav. series, you can check it out on youtube.

You should tried nyonya's kueh --> Rempah Udang is one of the best!

4B Reunion

Reunion with my primary school mates. Couldn't invite all because the place and I can't remember 80 people, Our class member at that time were 80 people :/

So.... Maybe if we wanna do all we should rent a hall, haha!

Anyway, it's so good to see all of them. We should do it again.... perhaps, barbecue??
